All prices listed in the following table are excluding tax.

We calculate the amount equivalent to the consumption tax that is added to the usage charge based on the tax rate at the time of use of the service.

1. Menu plan of SIM D’OR

• When making a first contract, 3,400yen extra fee per contract will be charged as issue fee.
• In the contract of the “call SIM” with phone number, 700yen will be added to the basic monthly cost of data-only SIM.
• The call fee by “call SIM” is 20yen per 30 seconds.
• In “Unlimited calls plan” with a call SIM, 10 minutes free call for 850yen per month.
  • The number of calling within 10 minutes is unlimited.
  • If you exceed 10 minutes, there will be 10yen call charge every 30 seconds for the excess.
  • When calling by “Unlimited calls plan”, please always add “0063” to the top of the destination telephone number.
• SMS setup can be set to the data-only SIM for 150yen per month.
  • If you require SMS setup, please select that menu when you register.
    (To add SMS setup after making a contract of data-only SIM is not available.)
  • When you send or receive SMS, it will be charged as same rate as the fee of the short message communication mode fixed by NTT docomo.
• Data charging can be done in 500MB unit and up to 3GB per contract monthly. It will be charged 1,200yen as a charging fee per 500MB.
• Universal fee: Monthly 3yen per contract will be charged.

2. Registration

• Any registrations are responded on our official SIM D’OR website (simdor.jp).
• When your registration is completed by noon, it will be accepted on that day, but when your registration is completed in the afternoon, it will be accepted the next day.

3. Utilization fee calculation

• We calculate the utilization fee based on the menu plan of the place table written in 1.
• We calculate the basic utilization fee, packet communication fee, universal service fee and others, according to the month of the fee, among the usage fees paid by the contractor based on this service agreement. If the month of the communication started and the month when it ended differ, the communication fee is charged in the month includes the date of starting communication.However, if we deemed that it is necessary, we will calculate from time to time according to the period separately determined by the company regardless of the month of the charge.
• The calculation date of the fee month in the preceding clause may be changed, if it is unavoidable in the performance of the business.

4. Discount service

• According to the type of the contract or a period, a contractor may be able to receive a discount based on the price of the list of the charges and on the contents and conditions defined by our company.

5. Daily rate of the utilization fee

• We calculate a utilization fee of the month that has the charging start date (“the date that the contractor designate the start of use, or, if there is no designation, the date that our company start the communication by the contractor’s SIM card”) on daily prorate based on the monthly fee.

6. Fraction processing

• In the calculation of the contractor’s service utilization fee, any fraction less than one yen will be rounded down unless otherwise provided for in the list of the charges.

7. How to pay the utilization fee

• The contractor must pay the service utilization fee and its consumption tax generally by a credit card of what cardholder is the contractor. In that case, charged amount money will be debited from an account specified by the contractor on the account transfer date fixed by the terms of use of the settlement credit card.
• However, this may not be the case when other payment method for a customized SIM card is set and our company accepts it.
• This payment method is described on our official SIM D’OR website (simdor.jp).

8. Changing menu plan

• The contractor can change the menu plan on My page.
• The change of plan that applied by 25th of the month will be reflected from 1st of the following month.
  If it is applied after 26th of the month, it will be reflected from 1st of the month after next.

9. Communication system

• Communication method: LTE, 3G
• Maximum speed: LTE Best effort, 3G Best effort

10. The minimum number of days of use

• The minimum number of days of use for call SIM card is 12 months from a contract date and for data-only SIM card month.

11. Cancellation

• You can cancel this service from My page.
• In the case of call SIM, the cancellation fee will be calculated by the following calculation before the end of the usage period.
  (12 months － months of use with utilization start month = 0) × 1,000yen (non-taxed)
• There will be no cancellation fee will incur after the minimum number of date of use written in the preceding clause.
• Even if the service is canceled in the middle of the charging month, full amount of the monthly fee have to be paid.

12. Security deposit

• Security deposit may be required for registration.
• In that case, we will inform to you separately.

13. MNP (Mobile Number Portability)

• In this service, transfer in and out is possible by MNP. The MNP needs to fully match the registration information of the mobile company that you are currently using, the registration information of this service and the information described on the identity confirmation documents.
• The transfer out from our service of MNP requires extra fee of 3,000 yen as issue fee.
