■ Service availability

You can access the service immediately after completing the IDEASPARK-designated procedure, except in those cases in which guides for services are offered on the official brand site, simdor.jp, catalogs, and elsewhere. Rental equipment will be delivered within one week after payment is confirmed.

■ Returned goods cancellation

Even if the contract is canceled even during the month due to the contractor's circumstances, the fee incurred during the cancellation month will be paid.

■ Responsibility of business person

Unless otherwise specified in conditions for individual services, the responsibility shall be as specified in Articles 20 and 21 of the "SIM D'OR Terms of Service".

The contractor will be notified of any of the following matters were applicable:
